Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

• The device must be in the same condition as sold, with no physical or water damage.

• All original accessories, packaging, and receipts must be included.

• Devices showing signs of tampering, unauthorized repair, or software modification are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection and approval.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Repairs (Preferred Option)

• All pre-owned phones come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor (excluding physical or water damage).

• Before processing a return, we encourage customers to use their warranty coverage for repairs at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Phones damaged by accidents, misuse, or liquid exposure.

• Devices with removed or altered serial/IMEI numbers.

• Accessories (chargers, cases, headphones) sold separately.
